The hotel boasts 32 bedrooms, including suites and deluxe rooms in the original house (dating from 1876) and 26 superior rooms. Luxury three and four-bedroom lodges, ideal for families and groups, are dotted around the wooded estate.

The Kitchen Restaurant at Mount Falcon features a re-imagined Irish country kitchen á la carte menu of in-house dry aged beef, fresh seafood, and a range of other classic and progressive options. Mount Falcon’s facilities include a superb leisure centre & spa nestled in a wooded setting. For the outdoor enthusiast their fisheries consist of two miles of private fishing on the River Moy for wild Atlantic salmon.
